Ordering & pickup.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders placed on freshchicken.co.nz are paid securely through Stripe at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Link. Wholesale account holders can also arrange invoiced payment by contacting us directly.
When can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available from our Glendene facility at 13-15 Akatea Road, Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm and Saturday 6:00am to 12:30pm. We will email you to confirm when your order is ready, typically within 3 to 5 business days of payment.
How fresh is the chicken?
All non-frozen products are processed daily at our MPI-approved Glendene facility. Orders are picked and packed to fulfil your order so the chicken you receive is as fresh as possible.
Do you deliver outside Auckland?
No. Online delivery is restricted to the greater Auckland region only. If you are outside Auckland, please contact us on +64 9 818 4148 to discuss freight options for larger wholesale orders.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for pickup. For delivery, a $10 fee applies and Frozen Bones ordered alone require a minimum of 10 boxes. Otherwise you can mix any quantity of products to meet the delivery threshold.
